Free items for newborns in Madison

Our Sharing Center offers free baby items for newborns and young children (ages 0-4) of mothers, fathers, and families in need of support. Families can come to “shop” for free newborn items and items for small children once a month. All items are donated and our stock varies each week.

Registration Instructions

Please bring an ID to register and verify name of client.
You can come 1 time per calendar month.
Clients are served on a first-come, first-served basis.
Clients are welcome to take 1 bag of clothing, a bundle of 50 free diapers per child (max of 2 children), 1 can of formula, and 1 piece of large equipment, 1 piece of medium equipment, during each monthly visit.
If you’re pregnant with your first child:
- You can come once a month for maternity and free newborn items during pregnancy.
- You will receive a diaper bundle ONCE before baby is born.
- After your baby is born, you can come monthly for free baby clothes, baby items, and a free diaper bundle.
Clients may have a support person pick-up items on their behalf. Please email care@babiesandbeyondwi.org at least an hour before we open to give permission and let us know who the pick-up person is.
